Terms of Service

ProdLocker is an AI-assisted video pre-production service. It turns ideas, references, and production settings into creative direction, reference analysis, scene plans, continuity decisions, camera/action/staging guidance, starting-frame prompts, and model-ready prompts. ProdLocker does not currently generate final videos.

You must be legally able to enter into these terms, or have the authorization required by applicable law. If you use the service for an organization, you must have authority to do so. Keep your account information accurate, protect your credentials, and contact support if you suspect unauthorized access.

You may submit ideas, text, images, documents, references, and project or production information. You retain any rights you hold in your submitted content. You allow us and the providers needed to operate ProdLocker to host, process, and transmit that content to provide the features you use.

You are responsible for the rights, permissions, and lawful use of uploaded material and resulting work, including likenesses, trademarks, and confidential information. We do not verify copyright ownership. AI output may be similar to other output; we do not guarantee uniqueness, copyright protection, or freedom from third-party claims.

Planning and prompt outputs may contain errors or omissions. Review them before relying on them or using them in a production. We do not guarantee a particular creative or commercial result. External generation tools may interpret prompts differently.

External tools have their own terms, prices, moderation, capabilities, and availability. You arrange and pay for their use separately. Compatibility names and directing-style references do not imply endorsement, partnership, or affiliation. We do not control those services or their outputs.

Credits are service usage units, not money, cryptocurrency, stored value, or transferable or withdrawable cash. AI actions consume credits at the cost shown in the product. If your balance is insufficient, additional metered actions are unavailable until eligible credits are available. Manual review of existing content does not itself request AI.

• Starter: US$8.99/month; 100 AI credits per subscription cycle; up to 10 active projects.
• Creator: US$14.99/month; 250 AI credits per subscription cycle; up to 30 active projects.
• Pro: US$24.99/month; 600 AI credits per subscription cycle; up to 100 active projects.

Free is for personal evaluation; paid plans include commercial use, subject to your rights in the material and these terms. Introductory access is subject to availability and eligibility and is not granted again simply because a paid plan expires. Paid checkout is available only when enabled; the checkout displays the amount and applicable charges before purchase.

A verified successful initial payment or qualifying renewal grants the applicable cycle allowance once. Subscription credits do not roll over into the next subscription cycle; other credit sources retain their own conditions. Failed AI operations ordinarily return reserved usage credits through the accounting process; contact support about a balance discrepancy. This is distinct from a payment refund.

Paid subscriptions renew each billing cycle unless canceled. Polar processes checkout and presents the applicable checkout terms and charges before purchase. Manage an existing subscription through the billing portal available from Account or contact support.

Upgrades and downgrades take effect according to Polar's confirmed subscription state. ProdLocker does not calculate monetary proration or grant a second full allowance merely because you switch plans. The next qualifying cycle payment grants the allowance for that cycle's plan.

Cancellation stops future renewal; paid access and remaining eligible credits continue through the confirmed paid period. Expiration returns the account to Free access without automatically deleting projects or issuing a new introductory grant. A payment problem does not automatically delete content. Access depends on the confirmed subscription status and period.

A lower active-project limit restricts future creation or restoration above that limit; it does not delete existing projects. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, applicable law, and Merchant-of-Record requirements.

Archiving preserves a project for viewing and frees an active-project slot. Restore it, subject to your plan limit, before editing or using its AI features. Project deletion removes the project from your workspace and initiates removal of its reference files; file cleanup can remain pending. Deletion may be unavailable while an AI action is running.

There is no self-service account deletion control at present. Contact support to request account deletion. Deletion is not a promise of instantaneous erasure from every system: limited billing, security, promotional-abuse prevention, and legally required records may remain. See our Privacy Policy.

Follow our Acceptable Use Policy. We may restrict access to address misuse, payment issues, security incidents, or legal requirements, proportionately to the circumstances. Contact support if you believe a restriction is mistaken.

Features, supported models, and availability may evolve. We do not promise perpetual availability of a particular model or feature. We will communicate material service or terms changes as appropriate and respect applicable notice and consumer-rights requirements.

We aim to provide a useful, reliable service but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, the service and AI output are provided as available without guarantees of fitness for a particular production. We are not responsible for losses caused by services outside our control or your unlawful use. Nothing here excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits mandatory consumer rights.
